We are looking for an individual to join our team as an insurance customer service representative. We will train you on the products we sell and the tools you will use to quote and manage accounts. We will provide you will the tools and resources to earn your property and casualty insurance license (if needed). Once your training is complete, you’ll be responsible for sales and service of insurance products to insurance agents and their clients.
A successful candidate will bring the following:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail, organization, an ability to multi-task and follow up
· Basic technology and computer proficiency that enables you to navigate computer programs, create and email documents and learn new agency management systems.
· A basic understanding of insurance and insurance concepts and a willingness to learn
- Insurance license is preferred, but not required
- Insurance license is preferred, but not required
This is a full-time, in-office, position located in Springfield, Illinois.
